Refund policy
As all of the products sold through this store are perishable items, they cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item or if you were not satisfied with the quality of the food and we will gladly work out a solution. Your feedback is always appreciated and it is important to us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Shipped Items
Rest assured that all of the items that are shipped domestically, leave our store in perfect condition. They are insulated inside an envelop and padded with bubble wrap. We understand that sometimes shipments get damaged and therefore we cannot assume responsibility for courrier mis-handling but please contact us in the case of a damaged shipment and we will try to find a suitable solution.
Refunds
Whenever a refund is due (order mistake, etc.) you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
