Ordering/Shipping Info

LOCAL DELIVERY AND PICK-UP

  • We generally have 1-2 local delivery runs per week. Refer to our homepage to find out when the next local delivery date is. Local delivery is a available for a fee depending on your location within Ottawa/Gatineau.
  • Pick-up is at our Manotick location at 5510 Dickinson St. When you order an in-stock product for pick-up, your order will be ready in 24-72 hours.

CANADA WIDE SHIPPING

  • Shipping is available Canada wide. Every box is shipped in a Cool Shield Insulator and bubble wrap to ensure maximum protection against heat and handling issues.
  • Packages destined for Ontario and Quebec will be dispatched on Monday. Packages for all other provinces will be dispatched on Friday.

SHELF LIFE AND STORAGE

  • Truffles will keep for 2-3 weeks if stored in the fridge. They can also be frozen for up to 2 months. Remove from freezer and thaw overnight before consuming.
  • Keep chocolate bonbons refrigerated, ideally between 12C-16C (a regular fridge would also be appropriate). consume within 2 weeks of receiving them.
  • For the best tasting experience, leave chocolates on the counter for 30-45 minutes before consuming.
  • The Solar System chocolate box is shelf stable and does not need to be refrigerated. 

MISC

  • If purchasing a box as a gift, feel free to ask us to add a note for the lucky recipient.
  • Treats are NOT made in a nut free kitchen. Some ingredients may contain traces of nuts. Please don't hesitate to address any questions/concerns about allergies and we can provide further flavour specific inquiries.
  • We are happy to accommodate orders for weddings, corporate or any other large event. Please get in touch with us to inquire about our special pricing for larger orders.
