Curious to see how we make our chocolates? Want to learn about chocolate tempering, colouring and crafting? Come join us for a fun and interactive workshop where you will learn about all the secrets of our chocolate making lab (ok maybe just some of them).
In this workshop you will:
- Learn how to temper chocolate using the classic and seeding method
- Learn how to colour and temper cocoa butter
- Colour your own chocolate bar mould
- Observe how we spray our mould and the secret behind our shiny chocolates
- Enjoy one of our signature hot chocolates
- Take home a jar (250g) of our signature salted caramel ganache which you can use on ice cream, cupcakes, and so much more
Class is limited to 10 participants only. Please select the date that works best for you. Workshop will run for approximately 90 to 120 minutes. We reserve the right to cancel a class for any reason. If a class is cancelled, a full refund will be issued. No refunds for booked sessions unless your soot is taken by someone else before the class starts.
